The quote of the day on my The Naked Minds diary is particularly relevant to me today as I’m trying to plan my day and actually get shit done so I can enjoy the weekend without worrying about the steadily mounting pile of uni work I’ve been procrastinating completing (…and starting). This diary is one of a kind and the only one I’ve been able to stick to using almost everyday – a 6 month diary with daily motivational quotes, gratitude boxes, and is easy to use – would definitely recommend to help you get organised!

I’m currently sipping on this simple smoothie which is packed with good bacteria to maintain healthy digestion, energy boosting superfoods, electrolytes and antioxidants – perfect way to start your day, or give you a boost in the afternoon!

BLUEBERRY BITCH SMOOTHIE

Add coconut water and frozen bananas to a high speed blender and blend until well combined, then add all other ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass or mason jar and serve (I used Cuppow’s tall boy jar and sippy lid)
