Cranberry coconut smoothie

A simple and delicious antioxidant rich summer smoothie to start your day! I teamed this with a slice of my raw cranberry ripe (recipe here), a couple of coconut date rolls and some raw carob choc for a yummy and nutritious breakfast/study snack.

CRANBERRY COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass or mason jar and serve (I used Cuppow’s 16oz jar and sippy lid)
