Dairy free coconut milk vanilla latte icecream


  • 1½ cans of full fat coconut cream
  • 1tbsp rice flour
  • ¼cup brown or coconut sugar
  • 100mls strong black coffee


  • Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth
  • Pour into a prepared icecream maker (must have frozen the bowl overnight) and churn for 45minutes or until the icecream resembles a soft serve consistency
  • Either serve straight away or transfer to a tub and freeze for 2-4hours before scooping and serving
