Morning bliss breakfast smoothie

Smoothies are an easy way to pack a lot of nutrition and energy into a glass an enjoy a healthy delicious breakfast on the go – pair it with some bliss balls or a raw protein bar and you’ve got a wholesome, nutritious breakfast!



  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango
  • 2 cups of coconut water (I use H2Coco)
  • 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries or blueberries
  • 2tbsp plant based protein (I use Amazonia) if desired

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass or mason jar¬†and serve – if taking on the go, use Cuppow’s sippy lid.
